Information Page Frequently Asked Questions Page Oglethorpe University Alumni Weekend 2013 We invite you and your family to join us on an Odyssey as we take a journey through our past and celebrate our future. We encourage you to join us on campus this spring for Alumni Weekend and look back on the role that Oglethorpe has played your own personal journey. The entire community welcomes you to enter our gates to enjoy a glimpse of the Oglethorpe Odyssey. Pre-registration is important in helping us properly plan for the large number of campus visitors. All pre-registered alumni receive helpful weekend information and updates on events. The nominal fees charged for some events cover food, beverage and entertainment, plus many activities are complimentary. Alumni Weekend Schedule View the entire weekend schedule of events. The Class of 1988 and 2003 will be celebrating milestone reunions in 2013. There will also be special activities for all athletes, a hard hat tour of the new campus center, a band party and much much more! If you would like to help your class reunion by contacting your classmates, please contact the Alumni Office. New Traditions A tradition continues this year as we introduce a commemorative lapel pin for all annual fund donors. Alumni donors who attend Alumni Weekend will receive a lapel pin fashioned after the above Oglethorpe Odyssey logo in appreciation for their support. Each year, a new lapel pin is introduced based on the Alumni Weekend logo and theme. This pin tradition is intended to be a fun way for Oglethorpians to share their pride in giving back and remaining connected to OU. Questions?
