Coming Soon: Nominations for the 10 Greatest Moments in OU Athletic History
OU sports fans, coming later this month, OU wants to know what YOU think is the single greatest moment in OU athletic history! Is it the 44 points of Anna Findley '09 in the 2008 NCAA Sectional Final that sprung the women’s basketball team to the Final Four? Freshman Olafur Loftsson’s clinching putt on hole #18 at the 2009 NCAA Golf Championships to win the school’s first-ever national title in any sport? The men’s football team from the 1930s shocking wins over powerhouse Division I programs?

You will make the call! Look for the nomination forms on the Alumni website later this month. All nominations will be eligible for the Top-10 voting process which will begin in November. OU will start announcing the one by one week by week, beginning with moment #10, on Thursdays in February, March and April. The #1 moment will be announced at the Alumni Awards Banquet during Alumni Weekend on Friday, April 16, where Alumni Hall of Fame members are also inducted.
Stay tuned...
