OU sports fans, coming later this month, OU wants to know what YOU think is the single greatest moment in OU athletic history! Freshman Olafur Loftsson’s clinching putt on hole #18 at the 2009 NCAA Golf Championships to win the school’s first-ever national title in any sport? The men’s football team from the 1930s shocking wins over powerhouse Division I programs?
You will make the call! Look for the nomination forms on the Alumni website later this month. All nominations will be eligible for the Top-10 voting process which will begin in November. OU will start announcing the one by one week by week, beginning with moment #10, on Thursdays in February, March and April.
