We are always happy to hear when alumni wish to come home to Oglethorpe University for any reason, especially to hold an event on campus.
The Oglethorpe University Special Events department is responsible for scheduling and rentals for any event which takes place on Oglethorpe's campus. Please keep in mind that Oglethorpe is, first and foremost, a working University and space is very limited. The Office of Alumni Relations will be notified anytime an alum fills out a form to request or schedule a rental of event space on campus, but please feel free to reach out to us separately at firstname.lastname@example.org
